Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial construction market, including prospecting for potential clients, networking with industry professionals, and attending trade shows and networking events.
- Client Consultation: Consult with prospective clients to understand their commercial construction needs, provide expert advice and recommendations, and develop tailored solutions and proposals.
- Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, present pricing estimates, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets and meet company objectives.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, estimators, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and project handoffs.

Qualifications:
